三维高频心电图诊断实验性心肌缺血

摘要 采用先进的信号平均技术和窄带数字滤波方法,用计算机建立“时间-频率-波幅”三维高频心电图。12只家兔的实验结果表明:对诊断心肌缺血,150~190Hz频段最敏感,在三维图上表现为此段内以某一频率为中心的凹陷。对于普通心电图诊断不出的某些轻度心肌缺血与损伤可以用此“时间-频率-波幅”三维高频心电图诊断出来。实验结果与电镜、光镜病理观察结果符合良好。应用本方法对少量正常人和临床病例进行初步研究,取得了较有意义的结果。 An analysing method of Three Dimensional (Time-Frequency-Amplitude) High Frequency Electrocardiography 3D-HF-ECG was established with IBM-PC/XT computer using advanced techniques of signal averaging and narrow band pass digital filter. 12 rabbits were used in this experiment. The results showed that for the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia, the most sensitive frequency band was 150~190 Hz. It was represented by a zone of reduced amplitude in the envelope around a certain central frequency in the 3D-HF-ECG. Some injuries caused by early myocardial ischemia, which can be hardly diagnosed by the conventional ECG, can be detected by the 3D-HF-ECG. The experimental results were in good accordance with the pathological observations with optical microscope and electron microscope. Preliminary study on normal and patient groups was also carried out by using this method. Some valuable clinical results were obtained.
