摘要
自蒲种壳水提液醇析得到的总多糖(LSCP)中分离出酸性多糖LSC-Ⅰ和LSC-Ⅱ。经醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳和凝胶柱层析证明为均一组分,分子量分别为58 000和26 000。LSC-Ⅰ和LSC-Ⅱ均系蛋白多糖,其蛋白质含量为11%和9%,总糖含量为87%和90%。经TLC和GC-MS测定,LSC-Ⅰ和LSC-Ⅱ均由鼠李糖、岩藻糖、木糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖和已糖醛酸组成,其分子比分别为1.34:0.61;0.20:0.53:1.00:1.12:1.20:和0.76:0.56:0.20:0.97:1.00:0.92:1.47。体外实验发现LSCP具有明显的免疫增强活性。
Two acidic polysaccharides LSC-Ⅰ and LSC-Ⅱ were isolated from Lagenaria siceraria (Molina) Standl. var. clavata Ser. They were protein-bound polysaccharides and were homogeneous as judged by electrophoresis and gel chromatography. Their molecular weight were estimated to be about 58000 and 26000, respectively. The protein contents of LSC-Ⅰ and LSC-Ⅱ were 11 % and 9%, and the contents of total sugar were 87% and 90%, respectively. These polysaccharieds are composed of L-rhamnose: L-fucose:L-xylose:D-mannose:D-glucose:D-galactose:hexuronic acid in the molar ratio of 1. 34:0. 61:0. 20:0. 53:1. 00:1. 12:1. 20:and 0. 76:0. 56:0. 20:0. 97:1. 00:0. 92:1. 47, respectively. LSCP was found in vitro to have immunopotentiating effects.
