蒲种壳多糖(LSCP)含有14.1%的蛋白质和81%的多糖,其糖类由鼠李糖、岩藻糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖、牛乳糖和已糖醛酸组成。LSCP有使正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞凝集和有丝分裂的活性;有促进活化的淋巴细胞增殖的效应。正常小鼠口服13CP后,脾脏白细胞增多、脾淋巴细胞产生白细胞介素2(IL-2)的水平提高。口服LSCP可部分地拮抗环磷酰胺降低白细胞数和IL-2产生的抑制作用。
The protein-bound polysaccharides were isolated from L. siceraria (Molina) Standl. var. clavata Ser (LSC), and their immunopharmacological activities were tested. LSC polysaccharides (LSCP) contain 14. 1% proteins and 81% sugars including rhamnose, fucose, glucose, galactose, mannose and hexuronic acid. LSCP have agglutinating and mitogenic properties on normal mouse lymphocytes. They promote the proliferation of PHA, ConA or LPS-activated lymphocytes. Oral administration of LSCP 400 mg/kg·d×6 obviously increases the splenic leucocytes and IL-2 production of the splenic lymphocytes. Administration of LSCP could partially antagonize cyclophosphamide (Cyc) effect of decreasing splenic leucocytes and IL-2 production of lymphocytes from Cyc-treated mice.
