脑梗塞的早期CT诊断(附53例病例报告)

EARLY CT FINDINGS IN CEREBRAL INFARCTION (REPORT OF 53 CASES)

回顾性分析53例早期脑梗塞的CT表现。认为区域性脑组织密度减低,脑灰白质界面不清、脑基底节构形模糊、脑沟、外侧裂模糊消失为早期脑梗塞最常见的CT表现。

35 cases of acute cerebral infarction were scanned with CT. Follow up examinations were performed 3-25 day later and were correlated with the initial studies. Early CT finding in cerebral infarction usually shows: a, slight decrease in tissue density; b, an obscured outline or partial disappearance of the lentiform nucleus; and c, effacement of the cortical sulci. One or more of these findings were recognized in 45 of 53 patients (84％).
