摘要
1988年8月～1991年6月经手术治疗合并有严重返流性食管炎的食管裂孔疝患者7例,行修补手术4例、切除性手术3例;5例治愈、2例术后症状明显改善,偶有轻度反酸症状。就该病的诊断、手术适应症、手术方式的选择进行了讨论。
Seven cases of hiatus hernia accompanied with severe reflux esophagitis were operated in our department from August 1988 to June 1991. Four cases were treated by herniorrhaphy,three cases by resection. The result indicates that five cases were cured, and two cases were relieved but with slight sour regurgitation. Indication and selection of operative methods were discussed.
