摘要
通过在室温下对正常人血液标本加与不加葡萄糖保护剂的实验观察,确定了碘醋酸钠、氟化钠、D-甘露糖(D-M)、柠檬酸混合试剂等4种葡萄糖保护剂的最佳终浓度分别为0.75、5.0、10.0、10.0mg/ml。对D-M保护剂用2种血糖测定方法进行了比较,葡萄糖氧化酶法和电极法分别为Y-1.03X-11.47 γ=0.999,Y=1.07X-4.78 γ=0.998;D-M对其它生化指标测定值影响最小。认为D-M作为血中葡萄糖的保护剂较为理想。
The determination of blood gloucose level with or without preservative was observed. The optimal final concentrations of sodium acetate, sodium fluoride, D-mannose (D-M) and citric acid mixture reagent were 0.75, 5.0, 10.0 and 10.0 mg/ml, separately. Two methods of blood glucose determination using D-M as preservative were compared: glucose oxidase method: Y=1.03X-11.47 γ=0.999; glucose electrode method: Y=1.07X-4.78 γ=0.998. The interference of D-M to other biochemical parameters was minimal. It seems that D-M is a good preservative for blood glucose.
