肺结节病患者外周血淋巴细胞IL-2生成及反应能力

IL-2 PRODUCTIVITY AND RESPONSIVENESS OF THE PERIPHERAL BLOOD LYMPHOCYTES FROM PATIENTS WITH PULMONARY SARCOIDOSIS

观察16例肺结节病患者外周血淋巴细胞 IL-2产生能力及对 IL-2的反应性,结果显示:患者 IL-2产生能力明显降低。外源性 IL-2诱导增殖反应虽有降低趋势,但无统计学意义。外源性 IL-2可增强 PHA 诱导的淋巴细胞转化,提示患者细胞免疫功能可能低下,而外源性 IL-2可使之部分恢复。

We studied lnterleukin-2 (IL-2) productivity and responsiveness of the peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBL) from patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis.The results showed that PBL from the patient group produced significantly less IL-2,and their responsiveness to recombinant IL-2 (rIL- 2) were slightly reduced comparing with that of the healthy controls.Also rIL-2 could significantly improve the PHA-P induced lymphocyte transformation in the patient group.Our data implied that possible depressed cellular immunity existed in scaroidosis patients,which could be restored with ex- ogeneous IL-2.
