摘要
31例移植肾的 B 超诊断中,包括超急性排异反应2例、急性排异反应16例、慢性排异反应8例、正常5例。我们发现3种不同特点的排异反应声象图与其病理不同改变有关。强调 B 超检查紧密结合临床资料对诊断移植肾排异反应的重要性。
This article reports 31 cases of kidney allograft by B-Mode ultrasonograph.It includes 2 cases of hyperacute,16 cases of acute and 8 cases of chronic rejection.Compared with 5 cases of normal condition,we found three different characteristics of ultrasonic imaging of the different pathologic changes.It is important to combine the ultrasound findings with the clinical data in order to make a correct diagnosis.
