摘要
80～90%的原发甲旁亢均由甲状旁腺肿瘤所致,该瘤有分泌甲状旁腺激素(PTH)的功能,可引起高钙血症,导致诸多病损,危害极大,如能及时摘除肿瘤,则预后甚佳。术前定位准确是手术成功的关键,本文就超声对甲状旁腺肿瘤的诊断问题加以探讨。
This paper deals with ultrasonic diagnosis of parathyroid tumor. The genesis of parathyroid and its anatomic variation were described. Causes of false positive and negative, technological remarks on examination, the practical value and clinical significance of ultrasonic results were discussed in detail.
