补心气、滋心阴口服液治疗冠心病心绞痛1037例疗效总结

Clinical Studies on Heart-Qi Reinforcing Liquor and Heart-Yin. Nourishing Liquor in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris——Report of 1037 Cases

本文报道了以补心气和滋心阴口服液治疗冠心病心绞痛1037例,其心绞痛缓解率为84.87%,症状缓解率为86.60%,硝酸甘油停减率为82.95%,心电图缺血改善率为44.92%。本文并作相应实验研究,临床疗效获得药效学证实。

1037 cases of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris had clinical trials with Heart-Qi reinforcing liquor and Heart-Yin nourishing liquor in 15 hospitals across the country. The results showed: 84. 87% of the patients had the pain relieved. 86. 06% had symptoms alleviated, 82. 92% had extenuation and withdrawal of nitroglycerin, and 44. 92% had improvement of ischemia in electrocardiaogram. Alongside clinical observation, a number of relevant animal experiments were done with guinea pigs, rats, rabbits and dogs. These all demonstrated the presence of congruency between clinical effects and pharmacodynamics of the liquors.
