盆腔炎性肿块的超声诊断

盆腔炎是妇科的常见病。超声诊断是目前诊断盆腔炎块的常用方法。现将我院两年内术前有超声诊断后经剖腹手术,腹腔镜及超声引导下穿刺证实的74,例结合文献报道简介如下。本组74例中剖腹手术38例,腹腔镜21例。

It is a usually method for pelvic inflammatory mass using sonography. Now. we report 74 cases: sensitivity 98.6% and accuracy 77.3%. In that. pelvic peritoneal cyst. pelvic abscess and uterine cavity ab- scess could be higher diagnosis accurately. Adnexitis and ovarian or fallopin abscess was not easyly dicriminated with extrauterine pregnancy, ovarian endometriai cyst and ovarian tumor.
