妇科盆腔肿物的CT诊断(附22例分析)

CT Diagnosis of Pelvic Mass in Gynecologic Patients (Clinical Analysis of 22 Cases)

本文报告22例经手术和/或病理证实的妇科盆腔肿物。CT表现上。良,恶性肿块在形态、密度和境界各方面均有其特征。良,恶性肿块均可引起子宫形态以及膀胱、周围器官的不同改变。讨论了CT对大多数盆腔肿物的定位和定性诊断价值。并可以明确病变范围及其与周围器官的解剖关系,为临床治疗”提供指导性依据。同时对误诊病例进行分析。强调临床、CT和B超的密切结合,将进一步提高术前确诊率。

CT Exam. was taken in 22 cases of pelvic mass in Gyne. patients proved by operation/pathological section. There is marked change in morphology, density and circumfence in benign or malignent tumors. The tumor may change the shape of the uterus, bladder and surrounding organs.The nature and location was estimated by CT Exam. The surrounding anatomical relationship and areaof involvement can be showen in the film and is helpful for clinical treatment. Four cases of misdiagnosis was studied. We found that combination of ultrasound and CT Exam. can improve the diagnosis.
