摘要 20多年来,超声作为妇产科的影象学诊断方法,已广泛地应用于临床。经阴道超声(TVS)用于妇科以来,与经腹超声(TAS)相比,能提供更为精细的图象及更准确的诊断,尤其在盆腔肿块的应用,显示了巨大的优越性,对年龄大、肥胖等不适于经腹超声检查者更为有利。有彩色多普勒(CDFI)
