一种新的抗肿瘤实验动物模型的研究

摘要 鉴于荷瘤动物存活期较短,传统抗癌实验动物模型不能观察长期用药效应,笔者首次用荷瘤动物传代给药法建立了一种新的、可以超越荷瘤动物死亡限制、长期连续给药观察的抗肿瘤实验动物模型。实验中,黄芪一组分用传统的一代次荷瘤给药法未发现其给药作用,而用荷瘤传代给药法证实了长期作用下小鼠肝癌细胞(H_(22))对环磷酰胺敏感性增强作用的有效性,提示本实验动物模型为某些长期用药效应的实验考核以及非离体研究某些因子对癌细胞的长期影响作用提供了可能。 In traditional experimentation the efficacy of anticancer agents in animals can not be observed for a long time because the animals with cancer can not live long.The authors found a new animal model for experimentation of anticancer agents,which can be used to study the effi- cacy of drugs given over a long period of time.We found a component of Astragalus can en- hyance the sensitivity of cancer cells of mouse to Cyelophosphamide by a method of cancer cell inoculation from generation to generation and giving medicines for a long time,while no effect was observed with cancer cell inoculation just in one generation.It shows that our newly estab- lished animal model can be used for studying the effectiveness of some anticancer agents for a long time in vivo.
