^(99m)Tc-油酸多相脂质体蛋饼测定胃排空率及其临床应用

摘要 本文应用^(99m)Tc-油酸多相脂质体蛋饼测定77例胃排空率。包括正常人27例、糖尿病31例、慢性萎缩性胃炎10例、慢性肾功能衰竭患者9例。GET_(1/2)分别为45.9±7.9、70.3±34.9、81.7±32.7、82±19.7分。正常组 GET_(1/2)与其他3组比较有显著性差异。该检查方法符合生理特点、无创、简单易行、结果能定量分析。值得推广使用。 The gastric emptying rate of 77 cases were determined by using ^(99m)Tc-polyphase lipo- some cakes.There were 27 normal subjects,31 patients with diabetes mellitus,10 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and 9 patients with chronic renal failure.The gastric half-emptying time are 45.9±7.9min,70.3±34.9min,81.7±32.7min and 82±19.7min,respectively.There are significant difference between the nornal subjects and the other 3 groups of patients(P< 0.05).This method is physiologic,simple and non-invasive.The result can be analysed quantita- tively.It is worthwhile to spread the method.
