膀胱移行细胞癌组织中Ki-67抗原和cyclinD_1的表达及其意义

The Expression and Significance of Ki-67 and CyclinD_1 in Transitional Cell Carcinoma of Bladder

目的 :探讨膀胱移行细胞癌组织中Ki 6 7抗原和cyclinD1的表达及其临床意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学SA法检测 14例正常膀胱粘膜 (正常对照组 )、4 8例膀胱移行细胞癌 (膀胱移行细胞癌组 )组织中Ki 6 7抗原和cyclinD1的表达。结果 :膀胱移行细胞癌组Ki 6 7抗原阳性率为 5 2 % ,对照组为 7.2 % ,两组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;随肿瘤病理分级增加 ,Ki 6 7抗原阳性率增加为 89.6 0 % ,cyclinD1阳性率为 5 8% ,对照组为 0 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,随肿瘤病理分级增加 ,cyclinD1阳性率降低为 11.3% ,Ki 6 7抗原与cyclinD1的表达呈负相关 (r =- 0 .38,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :Ki 6 7抗原和cyclinD1能较准确地评估膀胱移行细胞癌的生物学行为。

Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of Ki-67 and cyclinD 1 in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(TCC).Methods: The expressions of Ki-67 and cyclinD 1 were examined by immunohistochemical technique in 48 cases of BTCC.Results:Expression of Ki-67 was observed in 52% of TCC and 7.2% of controls(P<0.05).The expression rate of cyclinD1 was decreased correlating with TCC stage.There was a highly significant inverse correlation between the expressions of cyclinD1 and Ki-67. Conclusion:The determination of Ki-67 and cyclinD 1 can accurately evaluate the biological behaviour of TCC.
