生姜对血小板聚集性的影响

Effects of ginger on blood platelet aggregation

采用比浊和仿wukk等方法,观察生姜对家兔血小板自发性聚集和二磷酸腺甙(ADP)诱发的血小板聚集作用,结果表明均有明显的抑制作用,并能明显延长大鼠断尾时的出血时间。

The effects of ginger on the spontaneous blood platelet aggregation in rabbits and the blood platelet aggregation induced by ADP were observed with turbioimetry and copying Wukk. The results show that ginger is of significant inhibition on the above two aggregations and can obviously prolong the bleeding time of a big mouse in its tail cutting.
