蛇床子中喔斯脑、欧芹属素乙的提取分离及鉴定

Purification & isolation and appraisement of osthol and impertonin in cnidium monnieri(L) cusson

从蛇床果实的乙醇提取物中经柱层析、薄板层析、高效液相层析证明有八种成分,已测定其中喔斯脑(Qsthol,欧芹酚—7—甲醚)及欧芹属素乙(imperatonin)为主要成分,并分离得到单体,其它六种化合物因含量少,未进一步进行分离。

In the purified ethyl alcohol out of the fruit of cnidium monnieri(L) cusson, there are eight kinds of elements proved through column chromatgraphy, TLC and HPLC, in which osthol and impertonin have been determined to be the major elements. Monomer has been got from the isolation of the two elements and the other 6 compounds were not further isolated because of their less content.
