摘要
本文研究了丹参水溶性提取物(ESM)对Fe^(2+)-VitC和TritonX-100引起的线粒体肿胀的保护作用。结果表明,ESM可明显抑制由Fe^(2+)-VitC体系和TritonX-100引起的大鼠心脏、肝脏、脑和肾脏线粒体肿胀;线粒体富含脂质,因受氧自由基攻击而发生肿胀,故推测ESM的保护作用与其抗氧化作用有关。
Our previous study showed that Water-soluble extract of Salvia Mitorrhiza(ESM) possessed antioxidant activities.This study further investigated the protective effect of ESM against Fe2+-VitC and Triton X-100-induced mithochondrial swelling.The results showed that ESM could markedly inhibit Fe2+-VitC and Triton X-100-induced mitochondrial swelling of heart,liver,brain and kidney in rat.When mitochondria,which were rich in lipids,were attacked by oxygen radicals,swelling would arise.It suggested that the protective effect of ESM on mitochondria] swelling caused by Fe2+-VitC and Triton X-100 were related to its antioxidant activities.
