急诊肺切除术治疗大咯血

Experiences in treatment of massive hemoptysis by pneumonectomy

本文通过16例大咯血患者的治疗,对大咯血的诊断、手术指征及方法进行了总结;认为定位诊断是提高疗效的关键,手术目的既要达到止血,又要清除病灶。因此,大咯血间歇期进行气管镜检查及手术较为安全。

A series of 16 patients with massive hemoptysis is presented.The indication and approaches of operations are also discussed.It is thought that localization diagnosis is the key to the improvement of therapeutic effective'ness.The purpose of operation is not only to eliminate the foci but also to stop bleeding.The damaged parts of the lungs should be removed as possible.And both the tracheoscope examination and operation should be performed when massive hemoptysis temporarily disappeared.
