跨国公司并不是资本主义的专利,而是经济国际性的必然结果,可为不同社会制度的国家所运用。本文从分析国际国内形势出发阐明了我国建立跨国公司的客观必然性,以及跨国公司对我国经济建设的作用,并就如何保证我国跨国公司的建立和健康发展提出了建议。

Multinational Corporation is not the patent of capitalism but the natural result of internationalised economy. It can be applied for all nations under different, social systems. By analysing the economic situation at home and abroad, this paper has explained the inevitability and the function of the multinational corporation in our national economy,and the suggestion to build and develop it in china.
