The ultrasonic coupling agent is a transitional material essential to ultrasonic diagno- sis.This coupling agent of aqueous solution is made of sodium carboxymethylcellulose,glycerol,water and so on.It has been used clinically for bodily check-up for 38000 eases seen in more than 4 years. It has been found to be an excellent product with good performance for the correct diagnosis of softtis- sue lesions,tumours and cardiovascular diseases for the human beings.
