摘要
1-甲基-4-乙氧羰基-吡唑-5-磺酰胺(简称MEPS)属吡唑杂环衍生物,是合成高效,低毒新型除草剂Nc-311的重要中间体,本文在概述了吡唑衍生物的一般合成方法的基础上,介绍了目前合成1-甲基-4-乙氧羰基-吡唑-5-磺酰胺的四条路线,并从反应步骤、总产率、反应条件和原料等方面对四条合成路线进行了比较和分析.
1-Mehyl-4-ethoxycarbonyl-pyrazole-5-sulfonamide belonged to pyrazole derivatives is an important intermediate to synthesize new herbicide NC-311. This paper reviews general methods of pyrazole derivative synthesis and synthetic routes to 1-methyl-4-ethoxycarbongl-pyrazole-5-sulfonmide and the synthetic routes are discussed comparatively in detail.
