摘要
本文提出了各类科研成果的综合评价统一指标体系,建立了科研成果的二层模糊综合评价模型及权系数计算公式,经验证,效果较好。
To evaluate various scientific achievements, the authors created a fuzzy two-layes model of comprehensive evaluation, a-long with an index system and a weight calculating formula. These here testitied to be effective and valuable.
