应变式粗纱锭翼压纱力、扩张量传感器的研究

摘要 应变式压纱力和扩张量传感器是我院研制的粗纱锭翼压纱力和扩张量测试机上的两只传感器。该传感器没有原理误差,实测精度高,误差小于2%;分辨率为克,扩张量分辨率高,压纱力分辨率为克,扩张量分辨率为0.01毫米。两只传感器都是环状对称结构,受环境影响小。本文就其结构、工作原理,力学分析和信号转换做一介绍。 The strain style chopper force and the transducer of delating degree are a couple of transducers which are applied to the tester of delating degree and chopper force of coarse yarn spindle wing. This tester is developed by our institute. The transducers have no principle error,and they have a high accuracy because the error is less than 2%. Besides,they have a high resolntion, for the resolution of the chopper force is a gram, and the resolution of the delating degree is 0. 01mm, Both the transducers have a annular symmetrical structure, and furthermore they are scarcely affected by the enviorment. This essay introduces their structure , operating principles, mechanics analysis and signal transition.
