荧光分光光度法测定血清铝

摘要 本文采用 Lumogallion(荧光镓,2,2′4—三羟基—5—氯—1,1′—偶氮苯—3—磺酸)作为荧光试剂,以10%和5%三氯醋酸水溶液去血清蛋白,分别以2.5%硫代硫酸钠溶液、0.1%邻菲绕啉溶液消除 Cu^(2+)及 Fe^(3+)的干扰,建立了血清铝的测定方法,检测限为0.18μmol/L。 A fluorimetrie method for the routine determination of aluminium in serum has been developed using lumogallion.The serum was deproteinised with trichloroacetie acid.The interference from Cu^(2+)+and Fe^(3+)were eliminated by using thiosulphate and phenanthroline as the masking agents separately.The detection limit was 0.18 μmol/L and the calibration graph was linear up to 55.5 μmol/L of aluminium.Using the proposed method,the average concentration of alurninium in the serum of patients undergoing heamodialysis was found to be 1.24 μmol/L.
