救护车改装优化设计——救护车乘坐舒适性研究 被引量:2

摘要 在用GS—130客车底盘改装救护车的设计中,运用状态空间梯度投影法,对驾驶员座椅和担架系统进行优化设计。试验结果表明,本文所建立的十自由度整车模型较为真实地描述了汽车的振动特性,经过优化设计后的新型座椅比原座椅具有更好的减振和隔振效果,其振动加速度明显下降,特别是在人体振动的敏感区域内的减振效果令人满意。 An amebulanoe dynamic model with ten-degrees of freedom has beenestablished. By using the dynamic model and by means of random excitationinput and gradient projection method of state space, the optimum parameters,i.e. rigidity and damping coefficient for driver seat and stretcher are obtaineddynamically. Based on the computer simulation and riding comfort tests, themathematical model, calculation method and optimized results are verified.
