摘要
根据195柴油机进气道的稳流试验结果,讨论了研制低流阻气道应遵循的原则,并指出主要结构参数对气道性能的影响不象螺旋气道那么敏感。在保证原缸盖有关安装部位不变的情况下,提出了一个比原型气道性能更佳的新型气道。将新型气道用于缸盖后,在发动机上获得了更佳的动力性和经济性。
Based on steady flow test results concerning the inlet port of model 195engine, the principles that should follow for the design of low flowresistance inlet port are discussed. It is pointed out that in this kind ofinlet port these main geometric parameters effecting the port performance a renot so sensitive as in the helical inlet port. In the condition of the relevantconstruction of cyliner head unchanged, a new port with better performanceis proposed, the better power and economy performance are oftained on thereal engine equipped with this new port.
