房室瓣骑跨的形态分析

Morphological analysis of overriding and straddling atrioventricular valves

本文对10例先天性畸形心脏的房室瓣骑跨进行形态分析,其中7例为三尖瓣骑跨,2例为二尖瓣骑跨和1例为两侧房室瓣均有骑跨。9例为完全性骑跨和1例为不完全性骑跨。除去瓣骑跨外,本文1例还伴有房室瓣的瓣裂、降落伞形、囊状副瓣、异位乳头肌和异常腱索等畸形.

An overriding and/or straddling atrioventricular valve was a very important congenital cardiac lesion.Bharati and her colabo- rators classified them as follows:the complete form and the incomplete form.Anderson prefered to distingish the shared connection of A-V annulus as overriding and the biventricular connection of the tension apparatus as straddling.This paper was an anatomic study of 10 hearts with straddling A-V valve and/or tension apparatus.It showed that 7 hearts with straddling tricuspid valve,2 cases with straddling mitral valve and 1 case with straddling of both A-V valves.9 cases were of complete formed straddling and 1 incomplete formed straddling.In ad- dition to the overriding or straddling,the A-V valves of our cases were complicated with other kinds of malformations as the valve cleft,para- chute mitral valve,accessory flaplike tissue of A-V valve,malposition of papillary muscle and anomalous chordal fixation.
