老年人血清SOD活力与性激素改变的相关性分析

Changes of the supefoxide dismutase activity and sexual hormone in the elderly

本文检测并分析了不同年龄组男性性激素与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的含量变化.结果证明,随着增龄,男性老年人的血浆睾酮含量及 T-SOD 活力均有明显下降,E_2/T 比值升高,且血浆睾酮含量与 T-SOD 活力呈正相关(γ=0.52,p<0.01).作者认为可将血浆睾酮含量、T-SOD 活力及 E_2/T 比值的测定值作为判断男性老年人的生物年龄及老化程度的一个参考指标.

Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and sexual hormone were determined in 59 cases of different age in the elderly man.The results showed that the plasma testosterone(T)and total superoxide.dismutase were significantly decreased and E2/T ratio rose in the man elderly with the age increasing. There is a positive correlation between plasma testosterone and total super- oxide dismutase (r=0.52,P<0.01).The results suggest that testosterone, total superoxide dismutase and E2/T ratio act as an index for judgment bio- logic age and aging degree in the man elderly.
