摘要
目的 :探讨窒息新生儿心肌酶变化与窒息程度、器官损害程度的关系。方法 :对 4 2例窒息新生儿进行心肌酶测定 ,分别按窒息程度、器官损害程度分组并进行组间比较。结果 :与轻度窒息组、单器官损害组比较 ,重度窒息组、多器官损害组心肌酶各项指标明显升高 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :心肌酶谱测定有助于判断新生儿窒息程度和器官损害情况。
Objective:To explore the relationship between the serum levels of and the degree of asphyxia、organic lesion.Methods:Forty-two patients were divided into groups according the degree of asphyxia and organic lesion and their serum levels of myocardial enzymes were determined.Results:The levels of myocardial enzyme obtained in light asphyxia and mild organic lesion were markedly lower than in that in severe multi-organic lesion.Conclusion:The serum levels of myocardial enzymes can help us to judge the degree of asphyxia and organic lesion in neonates with asphyxia.
