尼群地平治疗高血压病的动脉效应

Arterial effect of Nitrendipine in essential hypertension

用二维-脉冲多普勒超声心动图观察了尼群地平治疗高血压病患者的动脉效应.结果表明,尼群地平不仅扩张小动脉,降低外周阻力,使血压明显下降,而且还可以增加动脉顺应性。该药可直接扩张外周大动脉,改善外周循环,而且可减少动脉壁切线张力,不影响血管壁切应力。总之,尼群地平对高血压病患者可产生良好的动脉效应。

Arterial hemodynamic effects of Nitrendipine were studied in patients with essential hypertension using bidimensional pulsed Doppler echo- cardiography before and after administration of an oral dose (20mg)of Nitren- dipine.The mean age of 15 subjects was 50±7.7 years.Mean diastolic blood pressure was 14 kPa.mild hypertension in 9 patients,moderate in 2 and seve- re in 4 were included in the study.Eight normal subjects were also studied as controls before treatment.The results showed,Nitrendipine not only dilates small arteries,reduces TPR,decreases significantly blood pressure,but also increases arterial compliance.The drug has a direct dilating effect on periphe- ral large arteries,leading to an improvement of the peripheral circulation,and a decrease in the tangential tension of arterial walls.There is no effect on shear strees of vascular walls.In brief,Nitrendipine produces a good effect on the arteries in essential hypertension.
