阿奇霉素针剂治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效观察

The Clinic Effects of Azithromycine in Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

目的 :探讨阿奇霉素针剂治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效、毒副作用和耐受性。方法 :72例支原体肺炎患儿随机分为两组 :①治疗组 (阿奇霉素组 ) :38例 ;②对照组 (红霉素组 ) :34例。两组患儿均采用止咳化痰等对症治疗。在此基础上 ,治疗组加用阿奇霉素针剂治疗 ;对照组加用红霉素治疗。结果 :治疗组与对照组显效率分别为86 .8% (33/ 38)和 6 4 .7% (2 2 / 34) ,两组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为 10 0 %(38/ 38)和 91.2 % (31/ 34) ,两组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组与对照组胃肠道反应发生率分别为 13.2 %(5 / 38)和 2 6 .5 % (9/ 34) ,两组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组与对照组注射部位疼痛发生率分别为 5 .3%(2 / 38)和 2 0 .6 % (7/ 34) ,两组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :阿奇霉素针剂治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效显著 ,不良反应少 ,耐受性好。

Objective To study the clinic effects,side effects and endurance of Azithromycine in mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods:Seventy-two cases of mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups:38 cases in the treatment group were treated intravenously with Azithromycine 5～10 mg/(kg·d) and 34 cases in the control group were treated intravenously with erythromycin 20～30 mg/(kg·d).The clinic effects and side effects of the two groups were observed.Results:The remarkable efficient rate were 86.8% and 64.7% respectively in the treatment group and in the control group with a significant different (P<0.05),the total efficient rate,however,were 100% and 91.2% in the two groups.The gastrointestinal reaction were 13.2%,and 26.5%,while the ache of inject position was 5.3% and 20.6%,respectively in the two groups.There were also significant different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Azithromycine would be better than erythromycin in treating mycoplasma pneumonia in children,and there are lower side effects and good endurance.
