新型固化剂4,4’-二氨基-3,3’-二乙基二苯基甲烷的合成

SYNTHESIS OF A NEW CURING AGENT -4, 4'-DIAMINO-3, 3'-DIETHYL DIPHENYLMETHANE

本文以副产物邻硝基乙苯为原料,合成了邻乙苯胺,进一步在酸性条件下与甲醛缩合得到新型固化剂4,4＇一二氨基-3,3＇一二乙基二苯基甲烷;通过薄层分析确定缩合反应终点,并对其部分性能和固化时间进行了初步测试.

A new curing agent4- 4'-diamino-3- 3'-diethyl diphenylmethane was obtained by polycon-densation of o-ethylphenylamine with formaldehyde under acid condition, and the o-ethylphenyla-mine was syntesized from o-nitroethylbenzene. The end-point of the polycondensation was determinated by thin-layer analysis, and some properties and curing time of the curing agent were prdliminarily tested.
