电视摄像机变焦距镜头的CAD技术

摘要 本文详细论述了用CAD技术完成电视摄像机变焦距镜头设计的技术途径和具体过程。设计中用CAD的概念设计技术生成了全部零件的实体模型和带有零件体积、密度、重量、重心、惯性矩、惯性积等属性的文件。编写了计算程序, 用于计算系统重心及其在变焦过程申的偏移曲线,找出了系统应有的平衡位置,文中还对铝、殷钢等各种材料的设计方案进行了计算,为修改设计提供了可靠的依据。最后, 用计算机和绘图仪绘制了光学件、机械件、总装图全部图纸。 This paper gives a detailed discription of the approach and the procedure to complete the TV camera zoom lens designed by means of CAD tech- nique, the concept of which are used to generate the solid models for all the parts with files which give the attributes such as the volume, weight, enter of gravity, mo- ment and product of inertia for each part. The Program is written which calculates the curve for the system center of gravity shift during zooming and indicates the proper balance position. The program is also used to compute designs with different materials (aluminium, invar), thus providing reliable standards formodification. It is worth mentioning that drawings for optical and mechanical and assemblies are all drafted with the help of the CAD technique.
