FBT阻燃环氧灌封料的发展

PROGRESS OF FBT FLAME-RETARD ANT EPOXY RESIN POTTING COMPOUNDS

本文对FBT阻燃灌封料、种类、品种及开发进行了评述,着重介绍了环氧类型,指出国内外品种的差距,必须加强基础性研究,努力开发新品种,以适应电子工业发展的要求.

In this paper is given a review on the types, varieties and development of FBT flame - retardant potting compounds, with a stress on the description ofthe types of epoxy resins. In this paper is also described the difference between the domestic and abroad varieties of epoxy resins. It is pointed out that the basic studies must be strengthened and the efforts given to the development of new varieties so as to meet the needs of the development of the electric industry in China.
