摘要
本文论述了基本天球参考系存在的问题;讨论了射电参考系建立的现实性、问题和前景;指出了基本天球参考系与射电参考系联结的途径;最后是本文的几点结论和建议。
Some problems which exist in the fundamental celestial reference system are described. Then the practiclity, problems and prospect about establishment of the radio reference system are discussed. The way to link up the two systems is also proposed. At last, the conclusions and suggsestion are given.
