摘要
对24名男性青年观察口服葡萄糖后睡眠-觉醒周期的变化和血糖浓度的变化。口服110g 葡萄糖使异相睡眠减少,异相睡眠的潜伏期延长,而慢波睡眠及总睡眠时间无明显改变。给予葡萄糖后1小时血糖明显升高,3小时后血糖恢复正常。葡萄糖对异相睡眠的影响可能与血糖升高刺激胰岛素分泌增加有关。
Sleep patterns were recorded in men receiving oral glucose right before sleep.A high dose of glucose(110g)that is known to produce hyperglycemia in men suppressed paradoxical sleep (PS)time and prolonged PS latency significantly in the 8 hr electroencephalogram(EEG)recording period.However slow wave sleep and total sleep times were unaffected. These results suggest that reduction of PS in men may be due to direct effects of glucose and indi- rect effects of insulin on the central nervous system via hyperglycemia.
