眼球重建性角膜移植手术的研究

Study on Reconstructive Keratoplasty

报告用眼球重建性角膜移植治疗54例(54只眼)严重眼前部损害的结果。其中48例(88.9%)保全了眼球,并有28例(51.9%)获得透明愈合。手术要点包括角膜移植、虹膜切除、晶体娩出、前玻璃体切除及重建前房并恢复眼球形,并对其手术适应证、并发症及手术技巧进行了讨论。

54 cases(54 eyes)of severe injury in the anterior segment with little light perception were treated by reconstructive keratoplasty.The results showed that the eyeballs in 48 cases(88.9%) were survived successfully,and 28 cases(51.9%)of the grafts were clear.The procedures included partial keratectomy,iridectomy,iensectomy,anterior vitrectomy,keratopladty,and reconstruction of the anterior chamber to restore cosmetic shape of the eyeball.The name of the operation,indications, surgical technique and complicafions are discussed.
