中国部分地区丁型肝炎的流行特点及特异性诊断试剂的制备研究

Investigation of Epidemic Features of Hepatitis D in some areas of China and Preparation of specific Diagnostic Reagents

本研究采用免疫学方法对我国11个省、市自治区1027例乙型肝炎患者血清进行检测,抗-HD阳性率为1.7%。首次在我国新疆、内蒙和西藏等少数民族地区发现 HDV 感染,并对其与 HBsAg 亚型的关系进行了探讨。阐明了我国丁型肝炎的一些流行特征。采用 HDV 感染携带 WHV 的东方土拨鼠,建立了HDV 感染的实验动物模型。利用土拨鼠肝脏提取纯化 HDAg,制备了检测抗-HD 的诊断试剂盒。该试剂与爱尔兰 Noctech 公司同类试剂相比较,特异性和敏感性均相一致。重复性好,操作方便.诊断快速。可解决国内丁肝试剂短缺的问题。

The prevelance of hepatitis delta virus(HDV)was evaluated in 1027 HBsAg positive patients living in 11 various areas of China.The positive rate of anti-HD was I.7 %.HDV infection was found in Xinjiang,Inner Mongolia and Tibet at the first time.Some epidemic features of Hepatitis D and its relation to HBsAg subtypes were discussed.We established experimental animal model for HDV infection by inoculating WHV carrier woodchucks with HDV.HDAg was separated from wood- chuck livers and diagnostic reagents kit for detecting anti-HD was prepared.Comparing with the kit of Noctech Limited Company,Ireland,specificity and sensitivity were identical in the two kind kits. Re- peated results were unified.Procedures of the kit simple and convenient.
