摘要
在预真空灭菌器日益普及的形势下本文介绍3M带监测抽空及渗漏情况的B-D试验。3M~#1222是适合下排气及预真空两种压力蒸汽灭菌器使用的化学指示胶带,用以监测灭菌效果。了解其特性,制订使用规则,方能发挥其良好性能。
High pressure steam sterilization is the most wide-ly used and most effective method, but it is affected bymany factors. Therefore, it should be oiven overall in-spection so that better effect of sterilization can beproteced. 3M ~#1222 is the suitable chemical indicator forlower exsufflation and pre-vacuum pressure steamsterilizer. It is used to inspect sterilizing effect. It isgood to know its characteristics and to work out itsplan for use so as to make it perform satisfactorily.
