新生儿窒息尿β_2微球蛋白浓度七天内的变化分析 被引量:2

OBSERVATION ON NEONATOL ASPHYXIA β_2-MICROGLOBULIN CONCETRATION LEVELS IN URINE DURING SEVEN DAGS

摘要 本文检测58例新生儿窒息和8例宫内窘迫而出生后Apgar评分正常者第1、37天尿中β_2微球蛋白(简称β_2MG))浓度,结果窒息组、宫内窘迫组与正常新生儿比较尿β_2MG浓度明显高于对照组,而且呈持续性增高,提示新生儿窒息引起肾小管功能损伤将持续7天。 Urinarg Concentrution of β_2-microglohulin and creatinie measured serially in 66 sick infant, of which 58 were asphyxiated, of which 8 were asphyxiated in uterus (Apgar score of 8-10) , and in 21 healthy preterm and term infants. Samples from days 1, 3 and 7 postpartum were studied, Urinary β_2-microglobulin concentrations in health iufants averged 1.39± 0.99μg/ml-0.86±0.68 μg/ml. Elevated values occurred most often in the sick asphyxiated patients and in the sick asphyxiated in uterus (Apgar score of 8-10) . Valves were significantly and persistently elevatecl in sick in- fants on day 1, 3 and 7, Factoring β_2-microglobulin levels by urinary creatinine concentration did not affect the signifcance of the findings. We consider that the elevated level of urinarg β_2-microglobulin in the sick infants were the consequence of tabular injury.
