摘要
用拟均相一维和二维模型对乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯绝热固定床催化反应器进行数学模拟,模拟计算结果同生产实测数据甚为接近。这一反应的热效应(140KJ/mol)不大,一维和二维模型的计算结果也甚为接近。在一定操作条件下:进料比(水/2苯)为2.5;进料温度为630℃;应器压力,一段为1.7Qtm,二段为1.5Qtm;乙苯的转化率在一段反应器可达到41%(mol),二段反应器可达到63%(mol)。
The mathematical simulation with one and two dimensionalpseudo-homogeneous models hsve been employed on computer for the adiabatic fixed bed catalytic reactor for the hydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene.Satisfactoryresults have been obtained in calculations by using both models.The thermal effect of the reaction is not large(140KJ/mol)and the results obtained from both models are similar.The operating conditions are presented as follows:feed weight ratio(H_2O/EB)is 2.5;inlet temperatureis 630℃;for operating pressure the 1st stage is 1. 7 atm,while the 2nd 1.5 atm;under these conditions the conversionof ethylbenzene for the 1st reactor is 41%(mol),while for the 2nd 63%(mol).
