508例高血压脑出血病人医院感染调查

Analysis of Nosocomial Infection in 508 Cases with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

高血压脑出血占人群死亡率的第一位,其中有相当一部分病例死于院内感染。本组508例高血压脑出血病人,死亡226例,死亡率为44.5％,发生医院内感染105例,院内感染率20.7％。死亡组的感染率34.5％,明显高于存活组的感染率16.7％。
