摘要
用防污染标本刷(PSB)采样,培养可获高浓度细菌生长,起到防止口咽部寄殖菌污染的效能,较其它方法采得标本为佳。我院在1990年在乙型脑炎行人工气道后肺部感染的病人,用双套管毛刷在下呼吸道分泌物标本直接采样,其中革兰氏阴性细菌占85%,革兰氏阳性细菌仅占15%。结果表明,防污染标本刷具有良好的防污染作用和采样效果,是乙型脑炎呼吸衰竭后行人工气道时肺部感染病原学诊断较理想的采样工具。
By using protected specimen brush(PSB) col-lecting sample, high concentration growth of bacteriawas obtained from its culture. It was efficiency to pre-vent parasitic bacteria at oral pharynx to contaminate,which was comparatively better than the specimen col-lected with other methods. In 1990, with the PSB, wegot the sample at the lower respiratory tract sectetionsfrom the encephalitis B patients with posteriorpulmonary infection after artificial trachea, andgram-negtive bacterium accounted for 85%gram-positive bacterium accounting for 15%. The re-sults showd that PSB is very effective for the preven-tion of contamination and is an ideal tool for col-lecting sample with the encephalitis B patients afterrespiratory failure at the time of artificial tracheawhen etiologic diagnosis is made for pulmonary infec-tion.
