摘要
本文提出并讨论了地质灾害防治原则及防治对策,地质灾害防治原则为:系统分析、综合防治、整体最优,针对性、遣时性及注重人类活动的原则。地质灾害防治主要对策有避让措施、预测预报、控制治理、抗灾设防、抢险救灾。
The principles and measures for geological hazard preventing and harnessing are developed in the paper. The principles include systematic analysis, comprehensive study, entire optimization, direct against, period suitability and to emphasize human activities. The measures are dodge, forecasting, controlling, fighting and rush to deal with an emergency.
