Improved Tiaogupian for Treatment of Orthopedic & Traumatological Diseases——Clinical Observation of 45 Cases

跳骨片处方中主药马钱子由尿泡砂炒改变为砂烫,用量由55g 减为10g,其生物碱含量不变,应用于骨折、脱位、伤筋、内伤等疾病,具有止、痛消肿、祛瘀、续骨、舒筋等功用,疗效显著,总有效率达95.6％,未见明显毒副作用,是骨伤科疾病之良药。

Semen Strychni,the monarch drug in Tiaogupian (Tablet for Bone Connecting)wasprocessed with stir-baking in sands,instead of soaking in urine.The dosage was reduced from 55g to 10g,but the content of alkaloid did not changed.The tablet was used for fracture,dislocation,injury of tis-sues and internal injury ,and had the effects of alleviating pain,detumescene,removing stasis,promotingreunion,and relexing muscles and tendons.The total effective rate was 95.6% without the obvious tox-ic and side effect.Therefore,it was considered as one of the best orthopedic and traumatological drugs.
