胆道消石汤治疗肝内胆管结石15例疗效观察

Hepatolith Treated by Dandao Xiaoshi Tang——Clinical Observation of 15 Cases

作者自拟胆道消石汤治疗15例肝内胆管结石有效10例,无效5例。与对照组14例使用天津胆道排石汤对比,两组有效率有显著差异。提示自拟胆道消石汤在临床上有进一步应用和研究的价值。本文还就肝内结石的中医病名提出讨论。

The self—prescribed Dandao Xiaoshi Tang (Decoction for Resolving Stones in Biliary Tract) was used in 15 cases of hepatolith. 10 cases were effective except for 5 cases. To compare with 14 control cases treated by Tianjin Dandao Paishi Tang (Decoction for Removing Stones in Biliary Tract), the effective rate was obviously higher. It suggested that Dandao Xiaoshi Tang was valuable to do further use and study. Otherwise, the TCM disease—name of hepatolith was discussed in this article.
