中医治疗中心性浆液性视网膜病112例临床观察

Central Serous Retinopathy Treated with TCM——Clinical Observation of 112 Cases

中医治疗中心性浆液性视网膜病112例,采用辨病辨证相结合有效率达92.85％。辨病:黄斑区水肿明显者,以利水消肿、通络退堂为主。黄斑区渗出点者,以活血化瘀、利络通壅。黄斑区中心区光消失者,以滋肾养肝为主,同时辨证结合临床进行加减治疗以取得疗效。文中总结中医治疗后,黄斑水肿能够完全消退,中心区反光经过一段巩固大多数亦能益见明亮而恢复视力。

112 cases of central serous retinopathy were treated by TCM with the combination of diseases differentiation and syndromes differentiation. The effective rate was 92.85％. The method of inducing diuresis to alleviate edema with activating collaterals to relieve obstruction was used in the cases with obvious hydrops in yellow spot, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis with activating collaterals to relieve obstruction was used in the cases with exudation in yellow spot, and nourishing liver and kidney was used in that with vanishing of light in central yellow spot. Morever, the modifications were supplied according to syndromes differentiation. After treated with TCM,the hydrops in yellow spot could completely extinct. In most cases, the light in central fovea of maeula became brightter and the vision recovered gradually, as the effect consolidated.
