内外合治类风湿性关节炎32例

Integrated Internal & External Treatment for Rheumatoid Arthritis:Observation of 32 Cases

内服祛风散寒除湿、涤痰化瘀通络的方药治疗“类风关”往往毒副反应较大,以补法为主又取效慢、疗程长。本文以内外合治的方法,攻补兼施、整体与局部同治,取得了较为满意的疗效,又减少了毒副反应的发生。具体方法是内服狗脊、淫羊藿、当归等补肝肾扶正以治本,外用雷公藤、乌头、大黄等作中药离子导入祛邪以治标,治疗32例,总有效率达96.9%。

In the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,the internal use of dispelling cold and re-moving dampness,and removing phlegm and blood stasis to dredge colleterals often brings about moretoxic and side effects,while the reinforeing methods often have the slower effect and need along courseof treatment.In this article,the integrated internal and external therapy was used,i.e.the combinationof reinforcing and reducing and the integration of whole body and local part.It not only had the goodeffect but also brought down the side effet.The drugs internal used were:Rhizoma Cibotii,HerbaEpirnedii and Radix Angelicae Sinensis,for strengthening kidney and liver to treat the fundamental.Thedrugs external used were:Tripterygium wilfordii,Radix Aconiti and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,with ion-introdution therapy fer removing evil-factors to treat incidental.In 32 cases the total effective rate was96.9%.
